Come and learn

The HER Voice Fund is implemented by the Global Network of Young People Living with HIV (Y+ Global), with support from the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (the Global Fund) and ViiV Healthcare Positive Action, to strengthen the meaningful engagement and leadership of adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) in decision making spaces with the aim of reducing HIV incidence and improving our broader health, wellbeing and rights.

HER Voice Fund has changed its grants approach, which will focus more on a multi-year grant, for the next three years (2024-2026). HER Voice Fund’s priorities will continue to be guided by our 2022-2025 strategy Voice, Power and Purpose during this next funding phase. As such, our work will continue to be focused on our four key pillars: 1) grant making; 2) advocacy; 3) leadership; and 4) organisational strengthening. We anticipate modest scale down to about 60 grantees supported from 84 grantees supported in the previous 3 years and working through our existing structure, with a small PMU in Cape Town and working with a Country-Lead organisation, supported by HER Voice Fund Ambassador. The scale down will allow us to focus on increasing some grants to well performing grantees, with more focus on reach and impact in each country, ensuring a strong, united effort to amplify the voices and priorities of AGYW.
